This is an absolute must if you are visiting PEI. The rooms are beautiful and comfy and right on the beach. The Boathouse eatery has amazing food and the service is outstanding. Sandy was delightful and truly cares about her guests and their experience. Highly recommend.
This place was so pretty and the beds were so comfortable and the beach was amazing and there were shells and crab shells all over the place. The eatery there was amazing and we waited less than 5 minutes for our food. There’s lots of cute dogs all over the place, because they allow dogs there for a small fee. Very clean, and the furniture was so comfortable and soft. I forgot to take pictures before we got into the room, so the room might be slightly messy…
I recently stayed for a week in the “Gone Coastal” suite at Sirens Beach Motel (previously named Points East Beach Motel) in North Lake, PEI. It was a PERFECT vacation and I will definitely stay here again the next time that I visit PEI. Correspondence with the owners, Liz and Sandy, was prompt, clear, and helpful in the months leading up to my vacation. They are wonderfully warm, friendly women who truly care about their motel guests! My friend and I loved all the beach-y touches in the motel / room’s decor. A gorgeous red sand beach is just steps from the room. It’s a quiet beach and we loved that we often had it to ourselves! Sirens Beach Motel is located in a perfect spot away from what the locals call the “tourist triangle” of Summerside-Charlottetown-Cavendish. It’s a 20-minute drive to the pretty town of Souris and a 40-minute drive to Greenwich (PEI National Park) – both places are definitely worth visiting! We loved planning our little adventures each day to different places on PEI and then retreating at the end of the day to beautiful North Lake and our peaceful suite at Sirens Beach Motel. Each evening we took my dog for a walk around the nearby area (this is a dog-friendly motel) to explore the wharf, to look at the beautiful wildflowers, and to listen to the many birds that gathered nearby (swallows, herons, and TWO bald eagle sightings!) This is the way to experience Prince Edward Island. Thanks to Liz and Sandy for helping to make this such a memorable vacation.
If you’re planning a trip to PEI you must stay at Siren’s Beach Motel. Sandy and Liz are the most welcoming and caring hosts! We felt like we’ve know each other for years. The rooms are amazing and the beach is 1 minute away from the motel.Fantastic authentic islander experience! Worth every cent! Looking forward to when we can return!
A beautiful, East Coast experience in North Lake right beside the harbour of the tuna capital of the world! The owners, Liz and Sandy, are the most sweet and accommodating hosts. Feels like family! I stayed in the Mermaid Cove, which was so adorable and clean. It was decorated beautifully, and so cozy. With an electric fireplace and big windows for plenty of natural light. The bed was AMAZING, so comfortable!! Right on the ocean and away from the hustle bustle of traffic, the entire stay was peaceful and quiet. A perfect escape! The beach is clean and quiet, with white singing sands just steps from my room. You could walk forever, finding many treasures from the sea. Not many people around probed for a truly relaxing walk each morning. The locals and guests are all such generous and down to earth people, it was so welcoming. There is a small restaurant right beside the motel and the food is amazing, with fresh lobster and fish. Anything I needed, Liz and Sandy were more than happy to help and extremely knowledgeable about the island. Fires on the beach at night with millions of stars, even boat tours offered by some of the fishermen through the motel! An opportunity for whale watching, which I will definitely do next year!I highly recommend this experience to everyone! I am looking forward to returning for years to come.Definitely would give more than 5 stars!Thank you Liz and Sandy!Robyn from Windsor, ON
